Pattern access#

In CromoViewer you can open any free pattern you can find in the Cromo Cloud library. Click the pattern thumbnail to open its detail page, and click Add to my patterns. After that you can click Open in CromoViewer and get started.

If you purchased a pattern on Ravelry, and the designer indicated this pattern is available on Cromo Cloud, you just need to synchronize you Cromo Cloud account with Ravelry to gain access. This is explained on the next page.

If you don't have a Ravelry account or you didn't purchase the pattern on Ravelry, you will need an access code to unlock the pattern. Go to the pattern detail page and click Open in CromoViewer. That's when you will be able to redeem your personal access code. The pattern is now yours, permanently — you don't need the code again, and you can open it in CromoViewer from now on.

Where do I get a code?

Access codes come from the pattern designer — usually after you buy a pattern from their web shop. If you didn't receive one, contact the designer directly. If you bought a pattern which is not yet available on Cromo Cloud, you could always suggest the designer to convert it to a Cromo Cloud compatible pattern - in many cases that's not a lot of work. When that has happened, you will be able to use CromoViewer to follow your pattern during crocheting.
